Description
The cosmetology program at Stafford Technical Center goes well beyond the basics with a 1,000-hour curriculum structured over three distinct levels--Core, adaptive and creative. Future professionals enrolled in our program will be guided by our talented licensed instructor throughout this learning journey by taking on more advanced techniques and building real-world skills and confidence as they move through each stage of their training. Our cosmetology school will enroll students of every age, from those who are just launching their education and training for a career in a field that they have always wanted to enter, to those who have decided to make a change or enhancement in their current careers. In both cases they know that they will be entering a rewarding field where work can be full or part-time in a salon or spa but also on cruise lines, at resorts, or even working for regional or national companies that sell hair and personal care products to other professionals working in the industry. And because our program will expose you to business principles that will make you confident and comfortable in any career situation, students with an entrepreneurial spirit can explore opportunities in salon or spa management, or even opening a business of their own.
