Description
Our IT Service Management program is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to effectively manage IT services within organizations. This comprehensive program covers key concepts, frameworks, and best practices in IT service management, focusing on areas such as service strategy, design, transition, operation, and continual improvement.
Participants will gain a deep understanding of IT service management principles, methodologies, and tools, including popular frameworks such as ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) and COBIT (Control Objectives for Information and Related Technologies).
