Description
Step Up to Child Care trains people to enter the field of early childhood education (ECE), meeting a current critical need in Vermont. The program is designed to onboard into the field community members who for a variety of reasons could use extra support to begin their careers in ECE. These community members could include individuals who don’t feel quite ready to enroll in college courses or individuals who want to open a home child care center but need help navigating the system.
