This program prepares students for the Project Management Professional PMP/CAPM Certification Prep & Exam, Project Management Framework, All fundamental Topics covered in PMBOK Version 6 including sample questions. Cost of Test and Books included. Process improvement electives such as Lean 6 Sigma, Agile, Scrum, Kaizen and PLM will round off your educational experience. You will be taught industry standard skills and tools used by discreet manufacturers and product development companies. Basic technical documentation training is also available. A wide range of in demand and unique electives are also included in this program that will increase your employment marketability over other traditionally trained candidates.
