Individual will oversee Sanitation with cross-coverage of Production. Preferred candidates will have manufacturing production experience, sanitation knowledge, proven leadership skills, the ability to effectively manage and mentor others, a high attention to detail, and solid analytical skills. Computer proficiency with Microsoft office suite. Strong knowledge of GMP’s, HACCP, SQF and sanitation regulations is highly desirable. Candidates must possess a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a business, science-based or technical field preferred, and a minimum of five years’ supervisory experience.
