Job Description
Position Overview:
The Martech Principal has the subject matter expertise to support our clients with:
+ Prioritizing and justifying martech and creative tech investments
+ Identifying best-fit solutions
+ Managing the integration and optimization of martech stacks
+ Measuring and improving martech effectiveness
+ Optimizing the digital marketing value stream
The Martech Principal key responsibilities include:
+ Consulting (50%): Delivering value via billable work for clients
+ Business Development (25%): Partner with sales team to drive sales pipelines and bookings to manage demand in expertise area
+ Thought Leadership (10%): Partner with marketing team to create and present thought leadership and establishing a market presence in expertise area
+ Other (15%)
The role requires travel up to 30% of the time, which includes same-day and overnight trips nationwide
What you get to do:
+ Lead consulting engagements and adhere to scope of all statements of work (SOWs) delivering on budget and on time
+ Provide engagement leadership managing the timeline, deliverables and team (1-2 supporting consultants, a mix of staff and project-based consultants)
+ Provide quality control-from a content and editorial point of view-for client deliverables
+ Participate on project teams as a lead consultant (vs engagement leader) within areas of expertise
+ Identify, assess and manage project-based consultants
+ Partner with Managed Services practice at Cella studios by providing subject matter expertise and supporting improvement initiatives
+ Conduct post-mortem analysis gathering feedback from stakeholders, assessing the final outcomes against initial objectives, and making recommendations for future projects
+ Support development and delivery of Cella consulting capabilities presentations to potential consulting clients, via in-person and web-based meetings
+ Partner with sales team to hold in-depth diagnostic and project scoping discussions with new potential consulting clients
+ Lead/support the development of statements of work, project plans and pricing
+ Build and maintain long-term, value-added relationships with prospective, current and past clients
+ Attend industry conferences and networking events nationally, as relevant
+ Develop and lead presentations within areas of expertise-internally, at industry events, roundtables and client meetings
+ Partner with marketing to write and publish thought leadership pieces (blog posts, whitepapers, etc)
+ Support annual business initiatives that drive performance along the company’s strategic plan
+ Professional development activities in support of company ambitions and client demand
+ Other duties and projects as assigned
What you need to bring:
+ Demonstrated ability and passion to uncover and diagnose complex client business challenges
+ Understanding and appreciation of AI’s role and potential role in digital marketing
+ Ability to identify business requirements and requirements of the stakeholders on the project
+ A drive for gaining new knowledge, a natural curiosity to learn and be knowledgeable across a range of different systems and tools
+ Ability to gather, analyze and leverage data/metrics
+ Adapt existing methods and procedures to create possible alternative solutions to complex problems
+ Demonstrated passion toward the marketing and creative creative industry
+ Superior communication, presentation and organizational skills
+ Enjoys and skilled at client presentations and public speaking
+ Strong written skills
+ Ability to to create client-ready documents in PowerPoint
+ Excellent time management and communication skills
+ Proficiency using Google mail, calendaring and shared drives
+ Bachelor’s degree plus 15 years professional experience
+ 5 years marketing technology experience
+ Experience with marketing technology platforms, preferred platforms include:
+ Marketing automation tools:

+ Hubspot
+ Adobe Experience Manager

Pay Rate: $195,300.00 – $137,180.00 Annually

Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
